Did you know that porcelain was first made in China way, way back in the first century? Well now you do.
The items you find here aren't that old, and they're not all made of porcelain; but they are old enough to be called vintage or antique, and they'll be very pleased if you would love them, buy them, and take them home.

A little old man in black velvet; He digs and he delves - You can see for yourselves, The mounds dug by Diggory Delvet.” But it wasn’t for another 65 years that this little old man in black velvet was modelled by David Lyttleton (1982), and produced by the Beswick Studios, from 1982 to 1985 (this backstamp).

Rare! Johnny Town-Mouse with Bag was modelled by Ted Chawner at the time the Beswick backstamp was being replaced by the Royal Doulton backstamp (BP4), and in this rare figurine, is presented wearing brown bowler hat and coat with darker brown breeches and tan-brown waste-coat, and as the well-to-do mouse-about-town that he is, he’s toting not just the aforementioned tan-brown bag, but a brown-banded green umbrella too! And to put things straight, what, with all that brown, it’s good to see he’s sporting some glossy black shoes. And let’s not forget the nice, white bow tie too. Quite the dashing chap!
